    • Cannot be used for unlawful, defamatory, or offensive purposes.
    • Resale, redistribution, or repackaging as stock images is prohibited.
    • AI-generated images cannot be claimed as original human-created artwork.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All AI-generated and custom images remain the property of VividImg or their respective uploaders.

By uploading custom images, you grant VividImg a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute them.

3. Disclaimers and Liability

Images are provided "as-is" without warranties. VividImg is not responsible for any damages arising from image usage.

4. Changes and Termination
